Enquiry and booking forms ask for your name, business contact details, company and business concern. You may also provide an example and tell us where you found EI Consulting. Please avoid confidential customer, employee, financial or project information in forms and chat.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to you, prepare for a conversation, arrange meetings and keep a record of your enquiry. Campaign information, landing pages and the referring site help us understand which enquiries our website attracts.

Services involved

HubSpot handles CRM records and the meeting calendar. Booking notifications use our automation provider, Make. The AI assistant sends conversation messages to Anthropic to generate replies and may save contact details you provide to our CRM. Our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers may process information in countries outside your own.

Analytics and browser storage

Google Analytics helps us understand visits and actions such as booking clicks and completed bookings. It may use cookies and process technical information such as device and visit data. Our event code does not intentionally send form names, email addresses, phone numbers or chat messages to Google Analytics. Browser session storage remembers whether the intro has played and the source of an enquiry during your visit. You can manage cookies and storage through your browser.

External links

WhatsApp and LinkedIn links open services governed by their own privacy notices. Information you enter directly in a third-party booking calendar is also processed by that provider.

Records and your choices

We keep enquiry and business records for responding to you and maintaining the resulting business relationship. Relevant records may need to be retained for business or legal purposes. To ask about access, correction, deletion or stopping further contact, email md@eiconsulting.in. Please identify the enquiry concerned without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
